Origins of The Regimen

We are Matt and Mike Rallis, brothers and founders of The Rallis Regimen. Ever since we could walk, we were active and participating in all kinds of athletics. Mike eventually became an elite high level athlete, playing division 1 college football at the University of Minnesota, which turned into a brief stint in the NFL. He then turned that football career into a decade of professional wrestling superstardom, performing in the WWE.

Matt’s athletic career was cut short because of health issues. He was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis shortly after being born, and this only fueled his desire to take his health into his own hands and up another level. He began to take an intensive inventory of all aspects of wellbeing, hellbent on optimizing the way his body functioned. For both of us, this led to a prioritization and enthusiasm for performance, health, and wellness.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to have learned from many brilliant strength coaches, doctors, and experts in the athletic and health industries, and integrated that knowledge into our own experiences. The result was the creation of a comprehensive wellness regimen that allows you to become your absolute best. The Rallis Regimen is about bringing balance to life by addressing all elements of human health and wellness. The Regimen became a process to operate at our fullest potential. We are here to share with you exactly how we enhance and optimize each element of personal health and wellness, ultimately leading to a rich, fulfilling life.
